We have been buying, building, selling and living in the Southern area of Spain since 2007. With this knowledge and experience we provide a one to one consultancy service helping British people to buy a new home in the sun. We are based in Andalusia a beautiful part of southern Spain and also operate on the Costa Blanca South.

What is the Process to Find a Property and Meet with you in Spain

Go to our Properties page and click/view our links to the main major Spanish property portfolios there is a massive selection to choose from. Create a short list of the properties that you have interest in. Also take a look at the selection of properties we have listed below we can provide additional information on request.

We can view for you any properties on your short list before you make arrangements to visit Spain. We will provide a suitability report and live stream video for you at the properties. This will help with your decisions on which properties are good to view before your fly out, thereby saving you valuable time before you arrive in Spain. To do this pre-visit assessment work we will confirm a fixed price cost for you based on our day rate charges as detailed below.

Once you have your short list of properties. Arrange a date to meet us here in Spain. Book a flight to Malaga, Alicante or Murcia Corvera airport and reserve a hotel for a minimum three days stay depending on the number of properties you wish to view. We can recommend a selection of nice nearby hotels, so it's easy for us to arrange to meet you there, and keep in touch during your stay.

How much are your Consultancy fees

We charge a fixed fee of 200 Euros plus IVA per full half day (around 5 hours) for our help. So dependent on the number of properties you wish to see and the location to each other, we would recommend around a minimum 3 days visit on your initial trip to spend time with us looking at the properties on your list.

How would you help us view and select a property to purchase

We arrange to meet you here in the South of Spain

We will take you to see the properties you have selected on your short list and make arrangements for this beforehand

We will plan your day visits and arrange with the owners, agents or developers to show you the properties

We will inform you about your chosen area, advising details on local beaches, bars, restaurants shopping areas etc.

How would you help us to complete on a property purchase

We will be your local point of contact here in Spain. After the visit and your return to the UK. We are available to liaise with you, the solicitor and others on your behalf during the purchase. We will be here to answer and help with any questions you may have going forward and throughout the buying process.

When you decide to go ahead with the purchase. We will make the buying process as simple and easy as possible for you

We will make the appointment / introduction and take you along to meet a reputable solicitor / lawyer

We will make the appointment / introduction for you and go along to meet a bank manager to open an account.

We will arrange with the lawyer / solicitor to start the process for you to obtain a NIE certificate this is a requirement to purchase in Spain. The lawyer will arrange a visit and take you to the local government office to obtain and register this and other documents you need for example the Padron.
